Through gentle guided meditation, journaling prompts and the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other beautiful instruments, you’ll be guided inward to explore the unseen layers of your being, releasing resistance and finding peace in acceptance. The resonance of sound offers a pathway to deepen self-awareness, cultivate compassion for all parts of yourself, and begin the journey of integrating shadow into light.
